If you look at most dealer targeted products on the market right now, you will find that they are created and run by incredibly talented entrepreneurs and financiers, but most do not have any firsthand experience working in a car dealership. They do not understand the struggles salespeople, sales management & finance departments face daily: communication with clients, bank approvals, complying with all the ever-growing regulations, thinning profit margins and increased liabilities. This lack of experience is reflected in the products they develop: fancy and robust only on the surface, they underperform and create other challenges for the dealer`s staff. And on top of everything else... they’re awfully expensive!

The Dealer’s Concierge is taking a completely different approach. Our founder Chris is a 30-year car industry veteran. He knows the business inside& out, and still is deeply passionate about it. Chris refuses to believe that online purchasing and automation is the future of the car buying industry. However, technology, if applied in the right places, can drastically enhance the consumer experience and transform the business. In his opinion, the area where transformation is essential is repetitive, monotonous and time-consuming paperwork. The goal of developing The Dealers Concierge was to stream line this tedious process, and save costs on labor and training with repeatable, compliant methods to collect and apply consumer information in a few easy steps.
