The Dealer’s Concierge is taking a completely different approach. Our founder Chris is a 30-year car industry veteran. He knows the business inside& out, and still is deeply passionate about it. Chris refuses to believe that online purchasing and automation is the future of the car buying industry. However, technology, if applied in the right places, can drastically enhance the consumer experience and transform the business. In his opinion, the area where transformation is essential is repetitive, monotonous and time-consuming paperwork. The goal of developing The Dealers Concierge was to stream line this tedious process, and save costs on labor and training with repeatable, compliant methods to collect and apply consumer information in a few easy steps.
